This lecture "Advanced Management Skills" is part of the modul Human Resources.

Companies find themselves in a so-called VUCA world (volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous). Despite sometimes unpredictable events, companies must be directed and managed by structured approaches; and this must be done with an intensive focus on their stakeholders in order to be successful in the long term. In a group task you will deal with current trends in textile value creation in order to evaluate the opportunities and risks of these trends.

The seminar contains self learning (group work: thesis and presentation) (45%)
and a written exam 55%  (60 min together with the other part of the modul)
