What? Upon completion of this module, students can solve people- and organisation-related challenges in international contexts
How?
•Develop an HR persona with Design Thinking method and empathize with her challenges
•Analyse and understand the challenges along the entire employee journey in a fictive MNC
•Develop a solution that is tailormade for the HR persona
What for? This will enable students to take informed personnel-related and organisational decisions, specifically in international contexts.
